For Business Owners, the information you provide to CheckinWin is used exclusively for the operation and improvement of the Service and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
6. Intellectual Property Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of CheckinWin and its licensors.
7. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Disclaimers: Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. With CheckinWin: As a business owner using CheckinWin, the information you provide, including transaction data and client check-in details, is shared with CheckinWin. This information is used exclusively for the operation and improvement of CheckinWin services and is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

Client Side Application

When clients create an account with CheckinWin, we collect:

• Personal Identification Information: First name, last name, phone number, city, date of birth, and gender.
• Consent for Communication: Explicit consent to receive a one-time passcode via text message for account login purposes.

Between Businesses and CheckinWin: As a client, when you check in at a business using CheckinWin, your information, such as your name, phone number, the amount spent, and the date of check-in, is shared between the business you checked in at and CheckinWin. This sharing facilitates the services provided by CheckinWin, including personalized experiences and transaction verifications.

Use of Information

The information we collect is used in the following ways:

• To Facilitate Services: Enabling the functionality of both the client-side and business-side applications, including account creation, client check-ins, and transaction recording.
• To Verify Identity: Using phone numbers to send one-time passcodes as part of our security measures for account access.
